Party-list Representative made a call to his fellow House members over the possible impeachment rap versus Vice President Sara Duterte.
Ahead of the lifting of the ban on the filing of impeachment complaints against Vice Pres. Sara Duterte, some groups have expressed the possibility of filing a fresh impeachment case against the Vice President. Previously, the Senate archived the impeachment complaint against her.

after the Supreme Court ruled it as unconstitutional. According to the high court, the impeachment rap did not abide by the one year ban rule.
A fresh impeachment rap may only be filed against Duterte after February 6, 2026 as per the high court. The decision of the court earned different reactions from the people including some government officials.
As for Pres.
Bongbong Marcos, the Supreme Court ruling on the impeachment case against Vice Pres. Sara Duterte allegedly has “no bearing on merits”
of the complaint. Amid the accusations that he is supposedly behind the move, the Chief Executive previously stressed that he has no role in the impeachment process.
Marcos Jr. even claimed that he might be impeached if he will order his allies for the impeachment of the Vice President. Malacañang stressed multiple times that the President will not interfere in the impeachment process.
