Pres. Bongbong Marcos Faced w/ Impeachment Complaint Launched in House
An impeachment complaint against President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. was submitted to the House Secretary General’s Office.
Even Pres. Bongbong Marcos himself was tagged in the flood control mess that left countless Filipinos disappointed. Amid the issue, former House Budget Appropriations Secretary Zaldy Co implicated the President in the issue.

According to
Zaldy Co, Marcos Jr. allegedly masterminded a P100-billion insertion in the 2025 budget
. He also claimed that the President and his cousin, former House Speaker Martin Romualdez, supposedly received a P56-billion kickback from the flood control projects.
Zaldy Co also claimed that Department of Justice or DOJ Undersecretary Jojo Cadiz is allegedly the “bagman” of the President. Malacañang came to the defense of the Chief Executive.
According to Palace press officer undersecretary Claire Castro, Zaldy Co allegedly wants the flood control investigation to stop so he tagged Pres. Bongbong Marcos. Amid the accusations, there were calls for Marcos Jr. to resign from his position.
