Despite the difficult circumstances, Vitaly conveyed a resilient attitude.

“They really tried to break me, but it built me. They wanted me gone but I’m here, all glory to GOD!”

Vitaly’s legal troubles began in April 2025 when he traveled to the Philippines and filmed prank content that quickly drew criticism. His stunts in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig, were deemed law-breaking and harassing by local authorities, leading to his arrest. While in detention, he even reached out to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) officials to request the dropping of charges, but the government upheld the enforcement of local regulations.
