The incident was reported to authorities at around 6:55 p.m. on Tuesday evening (February 3, 2026) after the security guard of Sta. Ana Hospital called the police station to inform them that a gunshot victim had been brought in for treatment.
Police officers were immediately dispatched to the reported address, but when they arrived, the house was already closed, and the residents had gone to the hospital.
