He is currently detained as the investigation is happening. Based on the article in Abante, the actor-politician appeared in person at the second preliminary investigation of the Department of Justice (DOJ) this Thursday, February 12, for the plunder complaint filed against him.
The accusation is related to the allegation that Bong Revilla benefited from the ghost flood control projects of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
DOJ’s investigation continues to determine if there is sufficient basis or evidence to file formal charges in court.
