A couple traveling through Siquijor has gone viral after capturing what they described as a “quite literally breathtaking” sunset — a moment they almost missed after assuming the cloudy sky meant there would be nothing to see.

“Wow,” Chloe captioned her post.

“Literally running for the prettiest sunset I’ve ever seen,” the text in the video added.

Chloe said they had just left their accommodation when she noticed a burst of bright orange light peeking through the clouds across the road.

Realizing something spectacular was unfolding, she shouted, “Quick, run, we need to get to the beach,” and the pair sprinted toward the shoreline as the colors intensified with every step.
