Revilla surrendered
to the authorities after Sandiganbayan’s Third Division released a warrant of arrest against him and several others.

Revilla is detained at the New Quezon City Jail in Payatas
, and his pre-trial is scheduled on March 6, while the preliminary conference will be on February 23 to February 27.
According to a recent update, Revilla’s lawyer, Francesca Señga, said they chose not to enter a plea, as the former senator continues to challenge the legality and validity of the cases filed against him.
“Para makapag-avail pa siya ng remedies na pwede pang ma-avail para kuwestiyunin yung legality ng information,”
said Señga. Based on court rules, the Sandiganbayan Third Division entered a “not guilty” plea for Revilla. DPWH Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office (DEO) accountant Juanito Mendoza pleaded not guilty as well.
Meanwhile, Revilla’s co-accused, such as DPWH Bulacan 1st DEO Assistant Engineer Brice Hernandez, Engr. Jaypee Mendoza, Engr. Emelita Juat, Engr. Arjay Domasig and Christina Pineda entered a not guilty plea for malversation.
Revilla’s camp is seeking to file a petition for bail before February 20.
