A Catholic devotee has shown a “miracle” of how a Bible stayed intact from a house fire.

Devastated by the event, her family visited their burned-down residence only to find that the thick holy volume was in pristine condition on November 27.

Footage shows Repuyan pulling the Bible out of the melted debris, alongside another thick book.

She then flipped it open to show that the item was still in perfect condition, without any burn in sight.

“We will celebrate Christmas with nothing left; everything was burnt, and the only thing we have is the Bible. This is a miracle,” Repuyan said.

Philippines

is the only predominantly Christian nation in Asia, a legacy of three centuries of Spanish rule that has deeply embedded the Catholic faith and belief in miracles into the national culture.
