In a frustrating moment, a cyclist was forced to ride up the footbridge steps because a pedestrian was walking on the bike ramp.

Joe Edward Livelo had to ascend the overpass through the stairs instead of the dedicated bike lane when the unmindful pedestrian blocked the concrete slope in Rizal.

Footage shows Livelo skillfully maneuvering his mountain bike up the bumpy steps to cross the bridge on December 16.

“I managed to climb the stairs, but it was exhausting,” Livelo said.
