– The Phivolcs recorded a 4.0 magnitude quake in Sultan Kudarat, December 29, 2025. Here are the details.

6.9 magnitude earthquake in Cebu

last September 30, another significant quake was recently recorded by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) in another province. According to the agency, the quake recently hit Sultan Kudarat and it has a magnitude of 4.0.

According to Phivolcs, the earthquake that hit a part of Sultan Kudarat was located at 06.13°North, 124.14°East – 010 km South 31° West of Palimbang. It had a depth of focus of 022 kilometers.
