Supporters of actor and former senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. gathered in front of the Sandiganbayan building in Commonwealth, Quezon City, on Tuesday morning, January 20, 2026.
Revilla is one of the political figures being dragged into the anomalous flood control projects. It was alleged that he received kickbacks. The former senator has already denied the accusation against him.
Those who were waiting and awaiting Revilla’s arrival at the Sandiganbayan for his return on the arrest warrant after his voluntary surrender at Camp Crame, Quezon City, on Monday night, January 19, identified themselves as residents of the province of Cavite.

He is facing graft and malversation charges filed by the Ombudsman. On January 19, Bong Revilla surrendered to the authorities after the Sandiganbayan Third Division issued a
warrant of arrest
and a hold departure order against him.
Amid this issue, the former senator
lamented the lack of due process after his arrest

he asserted that he is innocent
. The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) stated that
there will be no special treatment for Revilla

Some of the writings on them read “Kaisa Mo Kami Sa Laban Senator Bong Revilla,” “Mahal Ka Namin Senator Bong Revilla,” and “Alam Ng Panginoon Na Wala Kang Kasalanan Senator Bong Revilla.”
His supporters stressed that they were not paid to do this and that it was their personal decision to show support for the former Senator. According to them, they do not believe the allegations that Revilla was involved in the anomalies in the flood control project.
Revilla was accused of being involved in the PHP92.8 million ghost flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan.
