the statementreflected.
Before everything erupted online, on January 18 at around 5:00 AM, Dee filed a report in the barangay against the driver, accusing him of physical harm and theft. In the blotter, Dee alleged that the driver “physically harmed me on my right arm that left bruises and scratches and nail marks,” and Barangay desk officer Reynan Garcia attested to the injuries of the beauty queen, as he personally saw it.
“May pasa siya dito, pinakita niya sa’kin. Sinaktan daw siya,”
Garcia said.
Dee also alleged that the driver tried to escape by jumping from the maid’s quarters of her 39th-floor condominium unit, climbing down with the help of a gondola rope, passing through another unit, and eventually reaching the street before he was caught and brought back.
