This year’s

Art Fair Philippines

aims to connect artworks to both national and international conversations, now in a larger venue in Makati City.

Trickie Lopa,

co-founder of Art Fair Philippines, said that moving the event to Circuit Makati would help establish the area as a cultural hub.

“The plans for the whole complex is that it’s going to be a cultural hub, and we’ll be the first ones to actually move here,” Lopa said.

“Circuit was always envisioned from the very beginning as a creative and cultural district, a place where art, performance, and public life coexist across indoor venues, open spaces, and everyday settings, and also with a soon-to-rise contemporary art center,”

Paloma Zobel de Ayala,

Ayala Land’s creative director, said.

“Hosting the fair here is a strong signal of that original intent and an important milestone in making it tangible,” she added.

Art Fair Philippines partnered with Ayala Land to bring the art event to the city.

Works from 50 participating exhibitors will be showcased across six floors of the Circuit Corporate Center 1 building.

“The sections of the fair that everybody is familiar with are still there: our exhibitors, our projects, the digital section, our talks, our tours, and our residencies,” Lopa said.
