Vinz Jimenez Receives NBI Subpoena Over Explosive Cheating Controversy
VINZ JIMENEZ – Just when many thought the issue was long over, Vinz Jimenez finds himself at the center of controversy once again after receiving a subpoena from the NBI.
The name of showbiz and social media personality Vinz Jimenez once again made rounds online after he revealed that he had received a letter of subpoena from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in connection with a previously viral issue involving alleged “cheating” that he had exposed on social media.

He also disclosed that the unnamed woman allegedly released two videos on New Year’s Eve related to the controversy, which he claimed were also filled with falsehoods, but he still chose not to respond publicly. Instead of engaging further, Jimenez said he sent a private message to convey his side and clarify that the only thing he was asking for was a sincere apology.
Jimenez added that after sending that message, he fully moved on and never spoke about the matter again, even though he did not receive any response. He even said he prayed for the woman and deliberately avoided adding more drama to the situation.
Despite his silence, he was reportedly surprised to receive a subpoena from the NBI, indicating that a complaint had been filed against him. The subpoena allegedly came from the Office of the Violence Against Women and Children Division (VAWCD).

According to Jimenez, if a case is only being filed now, he will no longer back down and is ready to face any legal battle. He stressed that he has lawyers, evidence, and proof that he can present, and that he is also open to filing a complaint against the other party.
“At kung ngayon ka maghahain ng kaso, hindi ako uurong. Gusto mo ulit ng ingay, haharapin ko lahat yan, i have my attorneys, i have evidences and proofs. And i can also file a complain against you. Papanindigan ko tong laban na to,”
he wrote in his post.
As of this writing, there has been no official statement from the woman involved. Meanwhile, netizens continue to discuss the controversy, which many believed had long been resolved.
