Sen. Robin Padilla Posts Photo w/ Sen Bong Go After Latter Stressed “Solid Duterte Bloc”
ROBIN PADILLA
– The minority Senator defended the Duterte bloc from those people who allegedly belittle him and Sen. Bong Go.
Recently, amid the rumors that a member of the minority will allegedly join the majority, Senators
Bong Go and Robinhood Padilla affirmed that they are solid in the so-called Duterte bloc
. On social media, the former special assistant of former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte called on their fellow government officials to focus on their work.
According to Sen. Bong Go, the Duterte bloc is solid even if there would just be the three (3) of them left in the bloc. Both Go and Padilla joined the Senate minority alongside senators Imee Marcos, Alan Peter Cayetano, Chiz Escudero, Rodante Marcoleta, Joel Villanueva, Bato dela Rosa, and Jinggoy Estrada after the Senate shakeup stirred by the flood control mess.
Escudero, Villanueva, and Estrada are accused of alleged flood control corruption. Dela Rosa who is also known as a solid ally of former Pres. Duterte is supposedly hiding since November amid an alleged arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against him.
Sen. Robin Padilla has repeatedly stressed his loyalty to former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte and his support to Vice Pres. Sara Duterte. Sen. Bong Go also previously offered a part of his office’s budget to be added to the funds of the Office of the Vice President.

According to Sen. Robin Padilla, he and Sen. Bong Go will not be “number one” senators for a lot of Filipinos if they did not do anything as persons and not politicians. Based on the post, he stressed that their service is not only based on their salary but their love and concern for the Filipinos.
Padilla called on the unnamed people not to be proud about themselves and belittle him and Go. Here’s the
post
of the minority Senator:
Amid an impeachment raps against the Vice President rolling in the House of Representatives, Sen.
Robin Padilla previously admitted that he wants a pro-Duterte Senate president
if the impeachment raps reaches the chamber.
