Bosita Breaks Silence on Shouting Allegation in Davao
BOSITA – A brewing controversy in Davao has caught public attention after allegations surfaced involving former Rep. Bonifacio Bosita.
Former 1-Rider Party-list Representative and Road Safety Advocates of the Philippines (RSAP) Chairman Ret. Col. Bonifacio Bosita has issued a response to the statement made by Davao City 1st District Representative Paolo “Pulong” Duterte.
The clarification came after Rep. Pulong allegedly accused Bosita of shouting at Davao employees, as if he were an elected official in the area. The issue quickly drew attention, especially among supporters and members of the riding community.

However, in the latest
of RSAP on Monday, February 16, Bosita suggested that the congressman may have received incorrect information regarding the incident.
“Nirerespeto natin si Hon. Congressman Paolo ‘Pulong’ Duterte at ang Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Davao City. Maaaring mali lamang ang impormasyon na nakarating sa kanya!”
Bosita said in the statement.
According to him, he merely responded to Davaoeño riders concerning the alleged apprehension of motorcycles with “aftermarket” mufflers. The concern reportedly involved operations against motorcycles that were flagged due to modifications, particularly those related to exhaust systems.
Bosita emphasised that his actions were in line with assisting riders who sought clarification and guidance regarding the issue. He maintained that there was no intention to disrespect local authorities or overstep any boundaries.
