Woman Left Injured After Being Beaten in Makati City Over Alleged Theft
MANILA – A 55-year-old woman accused of theft was left injured after being beaten by three people in Makati City.
On Thursday, December 4, 2025, a 55-year-old woman was left injured after being dragged, beaten with a slipper, and pulled by the hair by three people along Estrella Street corner Osmeña in Barangay Bangkal, Makati around 7:50 p.m.
“Ang gusto po ng patient ay manghingi ng pera para pamasahe pang-uwi ng Gen. Trias (Cavite) pero paglabas po ng BAWC natin galing CR, umalis na po ‘yung pasyente,”
Pascua said.
The money allegedly went missing from that house, and the woman was blamed, although she insisted she did not take anything.
From Pasay, the group reportedly tracked her down in Makati, where the attack took place. Witnesses quickly sought help from barangay officials. By the time responders arrived, the attackers had already fled.
However, when a barangay worker stepped out briefly, the woman suddenly left the hall and disappeared.
