– Duterte’s former Spokesman advises Senator Bato dela Rosa to seek sanctuary in the Supreme Court amid an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Former Philippine National Police chief and now Sen. Bato dela Rosa is no show during the Senate sessions since the chamber returned from its break. His supposed hiding came after
Ombudsman Boying Remulla claimed that the ICC has allegedly released an arrest warrant against Sen. Bato dela Rosa
. Then, neither the foreign court nor the Department of Justice (DOJ) confirmed his claim.
According to the Ombudsman, he allegedly has a ‘copy’ of the supposed arrest warrant against the Senator. He also previously stressed that the non-confirmation of the other parties allegedly does not invalidate his claim.
Dela Rosa has always claimed that he is allegedly the next person that the ICC wants to arrest and investigate after it has taken under its custody former Pres.

Sen. Bato dela Rosa was absent in the Senate sessions since Ombudsman Remulla claimed that the ICC has released an arrest warrant against him. Recently, Duterte’s former spokesman, Harry Roque, backed the claim of the country’s chief graft-buster. Through a post on social media, he claimed that the foreign court has long issued an arrest warrant against the Senator.
According to Harry Roque, it was supposedly only yesterday when the DOJ and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) received the ICC arrest warrant against Sen. Bato dela Rosa. He claimed that it is allegedly only now that the government authorities will make a move.
