Korina Sanchez made this remark about Lito Lapid
Senator Lito Lapid was asked about the remark of veteran journalist Korina Sanchez that she did not notice that he won in the elections.
Lapid has been in the political arena for many years already. However, he continued doing acting projects amid his responsibilities as a public servant. Just recently, he expressed his views on the anomalous flood-control projects involving his fellow senators.
Several senators were accused of receiving kickbacks from the corruption in the projects of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). Lapid admitted that it
saddened him that his fellow senators were being dragged into the issue.

The actor-politician also said that the accusations against his fellow lawmakers were not true. This was what he said about the current big issue in the country.
Then, Sanchez surprised her. The veteran journalist said that
she did not even notice that Lapid won

the veteran journalist said.
