– The controversial contractor reportedly ‘surrendered’ to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ahead of the issuance of an arrest warrant.

Contractors Curlee and Sarah Discaya are undeniably the most popular and controversial contractors tagged in the flood control mess. After one of their companies was included in the list of construction firms flagged by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., video clips of their past interviews flaunting their lavish lifestyle circulated on social media.

During a Senate flood control hearing, Sarah Discaya admitted to owning 9 construction companies. She also confirmed that there were instances when her construction firms bid against each other for the same project offered by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
