– The former Senator claimed that a plunder case might allegedly be filed against Vice President Sara Duterte this week.
Recently, the spokesperson of BAYAN confirmed that they might refile another impeachment case against Vice Pres. Sara Duterte. Multiple impeachment complaints were previously filed against the Vice President but the Supreme Court ruled that the impeachment rap against her is “unconstitutional”.

(BAYAN) chairperson Teddy Casiño admitted that they are still studying the possible refiling of an impeachment case against Vice Pres. Sara Duterte. According to him, the Supreme Court has added several conditions.
“Pinag-aaralan kasi namin ano ‘yung naging implications nitong Supreme Court ruling… Maraming dinagdag na mga conditions ang Supreme Court. Medyo mas mahirap na ngayong mag-file ng impeachment. So ’yun ang mga pinag-aaralan. Of course, the intention is there,”
the BAYAN chairman said.
