Former Spox Harry Roque Posts Claim over Interpol Red Alert Notice

– Duterte’s former Spokesman claimed that his name is allegedly not on the Red Alert Notice list of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol).
Roque currently remains in The Hague, Netherlands for several months now. He applied for an asylum in the foreign country and refused to return to the Philippines amid the calls for him to face the allegations against him.

According to
Harry Roque, he cannot be deported while his asylum application process is ongoing
. The former spokesman of former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte claimed that the process may take up to a year and a half.
Harry Roque only appeared to the public again when the custody of former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte was transferred to the International Criminal Court. It was last March 11 when the Philippine authorities who assisted the Interpol arrested the former President.
On the same day of former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte’s arrest, he was sent to Dubai en route for The Hague, Netherlands for the transfer of his custody to the ICC. He is faced with three (3) counts of murder as alleged “crimes against humanity” filed by the foreign prosecutor.
Amid his application for asylum in The Netherlands, a local court in the Philippines issued an arrest warrant against Harry Roque. Duterte’s former Spokesman claimed that he will only return to the country after Pres. Bongbong Marcos’ term ends.
Recently, Harry Roque claimed that his name is allegedly not on the Red Alert Notice List of the Interpol. Through a
