In an amusing moment, a tour guide appeared to “run on water” by dangling ingeniously from the side of a wooden boat.

Holidaymaker Kobai Abdula and her friends were sailing in the ocean when their guide demonstrated his cheeky stunt in Palawan, the Philippines.

Footage shows the man in a teal shirt positioning his stomach on the outrigger boom to support his weight on December 2.

He then leaned forward and performed a sprinting motion, moving his arms and feet to create the illusion of running on the water’s surface.

Abdula can be heard laughing heartily as she watches the worker’s performance.

“The tour guide asked me if I had ever seen a man running on the water, and I answered, ‘not yet.’ He then asked me to take a video and promised to show me a man running on the water. I didn’t expect him to do this! It was so fun and entertaining,” Abdula said.
