Harry Roque Launches New Accusation vs. Marcos Jr. Anew

– Harry Roque claimed that the President allegedly started facilitating the detention of former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte under the International Criminal Court (ICC) amid his tandem with Vice Pres. Sara Duterte.
Former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte remains detained under the custody of the ICC since March of this year. Currently, he is faced with three (3) counts of murder as alleged “crimes against humanity” filed by the ICC prosecutors.

The camp of the former President filed an appeal over his interim release but the
ICC rejected the interim release plea of former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte
. The decision was made last November 28 during a hearing wherein Duterte was represented by his lawyer, Nicholas Kaufman.
The British-Israeli Lawyer stressed that they did everything they can for the interim release of former Pres. Duterte. According to him, they might file another interim release plea after the medical reports of the former President is out.
Atty. Nicholas Kaufman previously claimed that former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte is allegedly not fit to stand trial. According to the British-Israeli Lawyer, the former Chief Executive is supposedly suffering from a cognitive impairment and could hardly remember events as well as some family members.
Amid the ICC detention of former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte, many of his allies remained true to him. His former spokesman, Harry Roque, pledged that he is willing to stand by former Pres. Duterte until the end.
Harry Roque was hiding for several months prior to the arrest and the transfer of custody of former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte. The former presidential spokesman who’s being investigated over his alleged involvement in the illegal Philippine Offshore Gaming operations only appeared in public again in The Hague, Netherlands when Duterte’s custody was transferred under the ICC. He was spotted with Vice Pres. Sara Duterte.

Roque is vocal about blaming Pres. Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and his administration over the ICC arrest and detention of former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte. He has also called on the President to step down from the position several times.
Recently, Harry Roque threw another accusation against Marcos Jr. Through a post on social media, he claimed that the President allegedly started facilitating the detention of Duterte as early as 2023 when he and Vice Pres. Sara Duterte were still allies under the UniTeam.
